Cavalero is a new commercial district that runs along 20th Street SE & is where new commercial developments like Costco are slated to go in. The Centennial Trail runs through Lake Stevens and is enjoyed by many! The most popular parks in Lake Stevens are Lundeen Park, Wyatt Park, Lake Stevens Community Park, and North Cove Park. Another amazing asset in Lake Stevens is the Pilchuck River, which is a great place to go to cool off or float down the river in the summer months! Lake Stevens High School is one of the best schools around and the Vikings have great teachers, sports teams & clubs. The town boasts having the Boys and Girls Club which is highly supported by Chris Pratt's donations and fundraising efforts (Chris Pratt is a former Lake Stevens High Graduate). Many residents of Lake Stevens work in or around the greater Seattle area including Everett, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Bothell, Seattle, Lynnwood, and many other areas.
