Hey there, I'm Marilyn Buck, Managing Broker at Buck Real Estate. You'll usually find me holding down the fort at the Ferndale office, hustling to help my clients buy and sell homes all around Whatcom County. My real estate adventure began in 2006, and I've been a top sales agent in my market area ever since.
People say I'm the calm in the storm. I guess that's because I've got a boatload of real estate know-how and a truckload of patience. With a whopping 17 years under my belt, I've tackled it all – selling houses, dealing with empty lots, juggling new construction projects, handling Short Sales, Foreclosures, and more.
When I'm not busy making real estate magic happen, you'll find me hanging out with my family, relaxing on a tropical beach or exploring the deep blue sea. Yep, I'm a scuba diving enthusiast and a certified travel junkie. Speaking of family, I've been married for 30 adventurous years to the love of my life. Together, we've raised a trio of awesome kids and now revel in the joy of being grandparents to two cuties. Oh, and let's not forget Maggie, our spunky Maltipoo who runs the show.

I hired Marilyn Buck to sell my home and she was outstanding , I knew nothing about selling a home and she walked me through the entire process. I was nervous at times, having trouble finding all the paperwork that I needed and signing all the papers. Marilyn kept me calm all the way .
